Description
This is an old and very rare puzzle by Jumbo. The title is The Three Heads, by the Dutch painter Karel Appel, who is best known for his involvement in the CoBrA art movement. You can admire the original painting at the Stedelijk Museum, in Amsterdam.
The puzzle is COMPLETE, as you can seen in the photograph of the puzzle assembled. The pieces are in reasonable condition, showing signs of prior use, especially in the dark areas as you can see in the pictures. The box is in moderate to good condition, with some shelf wear and discoloration consistent with its age. Both the lid and the base show a note indicating that the puzzle is complete.
Another puzzle from the same Jumbo series of art master pieces is the 520 piece version of Hippodrome by Raoul Dufy.
