This is an excellent puzzle by Schmidt. The title is Palm Beach.
The puzzle is NEW, with its original FACTORY SEAL. There are some tears on the seal, a large tear on the lid under the seal, and some scuffs on corners.
The puzzle is somewhat similar to the 5000 piece version of Tahiti, which Ravensburger published in 1993.
