816, Ravensburger, Vase of Flowers

Ravensburger manufactured this intriguing puzzle in 1981. The title is Vase of Flowers. It depicts a Florentine pietra dura plaque of finely cut and polished colored semi-precious stones laid onto a marble surface. The plaque represents a vase of flowers flanked with two birds.

The puzzle is like NEW, with all the pieces SEALED inside the original plastic bag. The box is in good condition.

Several manufacturers published puzzles of mosaics. F.X. Schmid published a 600 piece version of another Florentine Mosaic. Ravensburger further manufactured a 1500 piece version of a Roman mosaic called The Mosaic of the Muses from Vichten.
