Description

Educa manufactured this puzzle in 1996 and it is the second edition of this puzzle. The first edition appeared in 1995 with a slightly different box design. It has been during some time the largest jigsaw puzzle version of the Sistine Chapel, by Michelangelo. Later, Educa published a 18000 piece version.

This puzzle is NEW, with its original FACTORY SEAL. There are a couple of minor tears in the seal and some damage from storage on the one of the corners, as you can see in the photographs.

Since this is probably the most famous artwork by Michelangelo, there are different puzzle versions in the market in different sizes. However, this one by Educa is particularly rare. In the altar wall of the Sistine Chapel, you can find the fresco of the Universal Judgement.
