Description

Ravensburger manufactured this iconic puzzle in 1997. The title is Big World Map 1611, by the engraver Pieter van den Keere.

The puzzle is like NEW, with all the pieces SEALED inside the original plastic bag. The box is in very good condition, with some shelf wear and a tear on a corner of the lid.

This puzzle aligns with the tradition of the larger manufacturers producing large map puzzles. At the time of publication it was the largest puzzle by Ravensburger, until they published the 18000 piece Historical World Maps in 2002. As a single map, the Van den Keere puzzle is still the second largest puzzle after the 13200 piece Nova Totius, by Clementoni.
