This is a classic puzzle by Clementoni, part of their Museum Collection. It depicts the very famous masterwork La Gioconda, or Mona Lisa, by Leonardo da Vinci.

This puzzle is NEW, with its original FACTORY SEAL. There is some wear on the base, and minor scuffs on corners and edges, as you can see in the photographs.

There are several editions of this puzzle in several sizes. One of the rarest one is the 2000 piece version by the Japanese brand Bon.
