Description

MB published  this very interesting, and now rare, puzzle in 1987. The title is The Dam at Amsterdam 1666, by Johan Herman Isings. Isings was a very well-known Dutch artist who produced school posters for primary schools illustrating Dutch history, in the 60s and 70s.

The puzzle is COMPLETE, as you can see in the image of the puzzle assembled. The pieces are in very good condition, with the exception of a single piece, as the detailed photograph shows. The damage of this piece is quite superficial and can easily be remedied using a crayon. The box is in very good condition, but it has some tape remnants.

The puzzle belongs to a series of four illustrations of Dutch history by Isings. Another puzzle from this series is the 1000 piece version of Rembrandt’s Studio 1665.
