This is a very rare puzzle by Variant. The title is Horses in a Stable, by George Morland. You can admire the original painting at the Victoria and Albert Museum, in London.

The puzzle is NEW, with its original FACTORY SEAL. There are some tears in the seal and some dents in the base, as you can see in the photographs.
