Heye manufactured this puzzle in 1999 as part of their COSMO series. The title is Cosmo Happy Hour, by Diego.

The puzzle is like NEW, with all the pieces SEALED inside the original plastic bag. The box is in very good condition, with some shelf wear and some damage near the lid.
