Heye manufactured this puzzle in 1991. The title is Crazy Zoo, by Argentinian cartoonist Guillermo Mordillo.
The puzzle is COMPLETE (2000 pieces). The pieces are in excellent condition. The box is in very good condition, although it has some shelf wear, mainly in the base and a couple of tape marks.
