Cartotecnica Rocchi manufactured this rare puzzle for the Santa Maria del Fiore cathedral in Florence. The title is L’Inferno and it represents part of a 13th-century mosaic of the Universal Judgement in the Battistero di San Giovanni. There is no reference to the artist on the box, but the artwork is by Coppo di Marcovaldo.

The puzzle is COMPLETE, as you can see in the photograph of the puzzle assembled. The pieces and the box are in very good condition.

Other examples of beautiful mosaic puzzles are the 1000 piece version of The Mosaic of the Muses from Vichten by Ravensburger and the 1500 piece version of a mosaic in the Basilica di S. Marco by International Team.
