The title is Children of the Sea, by the Dutch 19th-century painter Jozef Israëls, who is known for his realistic paintings of working-class people. This particular painting portrays the children of a fisherman at play in the shallow coastal waters of the sea. You can admire the original painting at the Rijksmuseum.
