Heye manufactured this puzzle in 2008, belonging to their Sarah Kay Family collection. The title is Get Well!, by Sarah Kay.
The puzzle is NEW, with its original FACTORY SEAL. There is a tear on the seal. The pieces are slightly larger than regular pieces, so the dimensions of the puzzle are similar to a normal 1000 piece puzzle, despite having less pieces.
There are several puzzles with illustrations by Sarah Kay, although not too many. An example is this 500 piece edition by F.X. Schmid.
